Chef Lisa Fennimore is a licensed culinary teacher with two decades of bread baking experience who loves to show people of all ages how to be more comfortable and efficient in the kitchen. In this class, folks will learn basic bread chemistry and technique in an accessible, clear way. Information will be presented in a primarily lecture/demo format with some hands on elements.
