Planning a Holiday Menu Class​

(Please note, this is a lecture/discussion class, not a demonstration or hands-on workshop.

But there will be snacks.)

Sunday, November 3   12:30 - 1:30 at Marble Valley Kitchen

From picking out crowd pleasing recipes to accommodating allergies, getting the groceries to planning the prep, Chef Nate and Chef Lisa will share tips and tricks from their three decades of experience planning successful feasts, sometimes for hundreds of people. Topics covered include basic food safety and basic menu design. Bring a notebook and your questions!  ALL ABILITIES WELCOME! Whether you're a novice or on Martha Stewart's level of hospitality, you'll learn something.

Thanksgiving Sides Pick Up Day

Wednesday, November 27  1 - 6 PM

You can gobble gobble gobble without having to do the work!

The chefs at Marble Valley Kitchen will make everything but the bird for you, from cornbread stuffing to cranberry sauce to pecan pie and whipped cream.  Order one or two sides and/or desserts to bring to a party (tell them you made it, your secret's safe with us), or have all your feast made by the chefs in our Kitchen and just RYOT (Roast Your Own Turkey).
