Whether you need a quick sandwich while running errands in Rutland, a nice breakfast or lunch out with some friends or family in a sunny Killington Avenue dining room, a private dinner in your home for a special family occasion, diverse lunch options for everyone in the office, or dinner for 150 of your closest friends, Nate and Lisa are here to help. Our sweet little Rutland, VT restaurant has been open for lunch since February 2022, and our Vermont catering company has been helping people celebrate since April, 2021.

Marble Valley Kitchen and Catering has served eclectic events including weddings, professional mixers, business luncheons, engagement parties, backyard barbecues, bus tours, birthday parties, class reunions, anniversary parties, non-profit fundraisers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate parties, romantic dinners, parades, family reunions, volunteer appreciations, military trainings, bridal and baby showers, community celebrations, graduation parties, art shows, celebrations of life, concerts, and staff appreciations.

We would love to be the VT caterer helping you celebrate, too.

You can pick up your order at Marble Valley Kitchen on Killington Avenue in Rutland, or opt for delivery to your location within Vermont. (Delivery available only with 24 hour notice.) We can work with your needs and your budget to create an appropriate menu and style of service for any event.

We offer event planning services. We have equipment available for outdoor events and for onsite service. We can provide onsite staff for events, including in-home chef services. Both of our chef owners have experience teaching lessons about cooking, food safety, and nutrition.

Marble Valley Catering Packages - These are some jumping off points, please remember we can tweak any menu to make it more appropriate for your guests. We are well versed in accommodating food allergies - please let us know of your guests’ dietary concerns.

 

Business Lunch

Upper Crust Sandwich Platter, choice of Soup or Garden Salad with Dressing, choice of one more side, and Assorted Cookie Platter, starting at $20 per person

Choice of two Italian entrees (including but not limited to Chicken Parm, Eggplant Parm, Vegetable Lasagna, Vegan Lasagna, Beef Lasagna), with Caesar Salad, Caprese Salad, Garlic Bread, and Cannoli, starting at $20 per person

 

Sausage Fest

Maple Glazed Smoked Sausage, Bratwurst with Kraut and Apples, Italian Sausage (hot or mild) with Peppers and Onions, our fresh baked Pretzels, Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Whole Grain Mustard, Sandwich Rolls, and Sauerkraut, starting at $22 per person

 

Everyday’s a Holiday

Hand Carved Roasted Turkey Breast, Gravy, Mashed Potato, Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole OR Roasted Winter Squash, Green Beans Almondine, and Cranberry Sauce, starting at $21 per person

Add our Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream for $24 a pie

Onsite Chef Service  These are popular options to wow your guests with individualized meals prepared to order. We can also prepare and serve any menu of your choice at your location.

A full hotel pan of food feeds approximately 20-30 guests, and averages in the range of $60-$90. A half pan feeds approximately 12-20, and is priced around $30-$45.  If you are unsure what you need, we are happy to help you figure it out.
